Building the software architecture and application platform. 

The Client is developing a bespoke school academics business application. They were planning to make an integrated management information system using a software application to manage and run a school. This project will focus on the school academics department. 

Help create a flow process for the school academics department including: 

• Student's admission.
• Student's track record.
• Student's tuitions & payments.
• Class Schedule.
• Teacher's teaching schedule and other related processes.

Situation - What Tech ICS did

Create detailed wireframes, process flow-chart and design

Tech ICS has taken the Client's information of what they had a vision in their school software application and developed a number of specifications as required. 

Challenge - People and Culture

Building the school management system. 

It was important that we engaged with all the stakeholders to develop the application road map and ensure the flow-chart of the application was created.

We developed the application mapping, wireframes, process flow, design and specification as required.
