This is a IT project & B2B Sales Role. You will start initially 2 days a week and this will be increased. YOU MUST BE CONFIDENT ON THE PHONE. IF YOU DONT LIKE BEING ON THE PHONE, PLEASE DONT APPLY.

Your hours will be increased depending on how successful you are in this role. You must have experience in project management in IT and good IT knowledge. Please do not waste our time by applying if you have no experience.

The Job Role:

  • Primary role would be managing existing IT projects. Maintain good working relationship with the Client, liaise with the developers, to ensure the work is managed and done correctly.
  • Further to this, you will be asked to do IT sales calls. You will be doing cold calling. You would be expected to do up to 40 calls per day and do lead generation. Ensure you email the customer and update our CRM system.
  • You will be using our CRM system to make contact.
  • You will also manage existing clients, create specification, wireframes and build spec for the production team.
  • Be committed to maintaining an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
  • To report the progress, interactions and effectiveness of the leaflet handling.
  • To act professionally at all times as you are the face and first point of call for our company.
