Project description

Following a successful project previously delivered for Hotel Holy Gate, they had tasked Tech ICS to build comprehensive hotel management software. We know how stressful it can be running a hospitality business – it’s non-stop.

We understand that there a lot of free, open source hotel management system available which was offered to our Client, however they have decided to task us to build a system for their use only. It meant we needed to understand their business process, and create a software that would make their business and guest process seamless. 

Our job is to make our Client's job easier, which was done through our powerful, friendly and innovative software which we had created for Hotel Holy Gate. Some of the key modules we developed included room management, guest management, costs of sales to name some of the functions we have carefully developed for Hotel Holy Gate. 

We created a specific revenue and reporting tool, as we know that making the correct decisions for your business is vital. Your data must be up to date to ensure you make the right ones. Reporting lets you view and download the reports you want, when you need them. All our reports are in real-time, which means your business decisions are immediate, effective and meaningful. Use the different reports to understand the performance of your business and forecast growth.
