Travel Agency Software | RTL

Project description

RTL is an established travel agency and asked Tech ICS to create their own cloud based travel management software. We started by creating a cross platform dashboard, which allows RTL valuable insights at a glance to make better and smarter business decisions.

We also created a bespoke customer enquiry management tool, to ensure all customers who have made enquiries, are tracked for purposes of booking their tickets. Our idea was to make sure all enquiries turn into conversion, centralise, manage, streamline, collaborate and track their customer enquiries.

Tech ICS are currently working on improving the travel management software and we are adding new features such as traveller tracker which lets your customer easily locate travellers and gives you news updates every short interval. Further to that, it would include incident awareness which lets you inform travellers of events that may impact their travel. Finally, we are also creating the new geographic risk level indicators to help you assess and limit travel to locations with unacceptable risks.

Our cloud software is running on a secured LAMP server configuration at a Data Centre, so there is no data loss as they are backed up every 1 hour.
