Can I change my delivery date or address after I placed an order? Unfortunately you won’t be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it? You would have been emailed tracking number, and details of who our delivery partner is delivering, so you can check.
What if I miss a delivery? You will need to arrange a re-delivery with our delivery partner.
Do you deliver on public holidays? This depends if this is available at the time of the order.
Do you deliver to my postcode? Please check on our orders.
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery? Yes.
What if the item I want is out of stock? Sorry about that. Our product pages are always up to date, but you may still be able to place your order on selected items. If your order hasn’t been dispatched after 7 days, we’ll be in touch to let you know if there’s been a delay. Don’t forget – you can sign up for stock updates on any product page and we’ll email you when the item is back in stock.
